Highly recommend EcoView! After four others quotes, their prices were competitive and the service even better. Frank was great from start to finish. He completed the job with great quality, on-time, and on budget. Rare to find a contractor that shows up and does what they promised. EcoView nailed it! We had over 10 windows and three sets of French doors replaced.

We recently used Ecoview to replace several large side-by-side windows in our house as well as the semi-circle windows above them. One set of windows was on the second floor. From our initial contact with Ecoview, everyone was professional and pleasant to deal with. Frank Thrasher, the owner of the company and a former installer, has a great deal of expertise. Chris who led our installation team and Jonathan who did the final work were professional. Cristy was a pleasure to deal with, handling scheduling and addressing a few minor issues that came up. We are very happy with our windows and highly recommend Ecoview.

July of 2024 we signed our contract with EcoView Windows for replacement of 7 of our horrible old windows. Over the last 10 years we've had many of the large window companies come out to give us an estimate and we were just never impressed with the high-pressure sales tactics. A neighbor had used EcoView and we really liked how her hurricane windows looked so she referred us to EcoView. Frank Thatcher with EcoView impressed my husband from the moment he came to give us the estimate. Six of the 7 windows were in place for both Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton and I have to say I would have NEVER stayed in my house without them!!!! I will say, due in no part to Frank and his team, we had a number of manufacturing setbacks but today our windows went through their final inspection and the City Inspector was very complimentary on the windows and the job done. When it's time to replace the rest of our windows we will only use Frank Thatcher with EcoView!!! He is trustworthy, customer focused and a true man of his word! Thanks Frank!!

Frank is true to his word and installation was ahead of schedule!! Everything was smooth - communication was prompt and I was updated on order status. EcoView installed 3 new windows for me. The two young men did an amazing job! They took their time with every little detail, resulting in ultimately delivering quality work! They took their time to explain and demonstrate how to use my new windows, and educated me about the materials and the warranty. In addition, to being polite and respectful of my home, they also cleaned up after themselves, reinstalled my blinds, and left everything back the way they found it. Lastly, there was always great communication with Frank prior and after the windows installation! 5 stars all the way!!!
